Firstly, to my girls. Well done !!
Wei Wen, thanks for keeping the team together - and everyone else (Jayne, Jue Xin, Munlin, Giwen -- hope I didn't miss anyone?), for the great defend, rebound, and score.
The very best for the next games -- you are one notch closer to championship!! YAY!
More importantly -- Have loads of fun. Rest well, when you can...

And now, to my boys...
I gathered you lost.
I also gathered that fingers are being pointed.
And the morale of the team is currently at an all-time low....
I would always remember the time when my dad would give his little motivational speeches to my brothers:
"The ball is round -- so it can go either way.... And football is a TEAM game, so must work together.... Best position to be in -- UNDERDOGS -- when you are the favourites, the pressure is immense, and you'd lose your cool, and that's when you'll make mistakes."
I'll just add to what my dad said:
So you lose your first game, deal with it, and learn from the mistakes you did or didn't do, just now.
Remember what I always say, "It is easy for us to blame someone when things didn't go well, right?"
And then I also said, "Good or Bad, I would attend to you lot, as a collective unit -- cos you are supposed to look out for one another, and to work on individual weaknesses and turn them into strengths."
I don't want you to be better than 3G, 3C, 3L, etc...
I want you to be THE BETTER 3A TEAM on Monday, from the 3A TEAM on Wednesday.
Yes, everybody wants to win. But it's a competition - so, there would be non-winners.
This inter-class games is another test of how well you guys work together.

Therefore, be there for one another, communicate and enjoy the game - treasure the opportunity to be working towards a common goal while having fun... :)
